We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from PRISMELLEA. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and background colours are checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- All functions work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Product colours are always named in text, not shown by colour alone, and step numbers accompany every step colour.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations and videos stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and videos have no sound.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
Some parts of the checkout and payment forms are provided by third-party services, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. If anything stops you from completing an order, email us and we will help you place it.
