Personal Information Collection Statement

This Personal Information Collection Statement is given to you under Data Protection Principle 1(3) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) at the time we collect your personal data, for example at checkout, when you create an account or when you send us a message.
Purposes of collection
We collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details and messages in order to:
- process, take payment for, deliver and support your order;
- handle returns, cancellations and refunds;
- answer your questions and complaints;
- prevent fraud and keep our website secure;
- keep accounting and tax records required by law.
Is providing your data voluntary?
Yes. However, the fields marked * at checkout and in our forms are needed for the purposes above. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to process your order, deliver it or answer your message.
Who we may transfer your data to
- payment service providers, to take payment and prevent fraud;
- postal and courier companies and customs authorities, to deliver your order;
- our website hosting and email service providers, acting on our behalf;
- professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Some of these may be located outside Hong Kong.
