Delivery & Duties

In short: one flat tracked rate per order (US$8.90, or the equivalent shown in your currency at checkout). Orders ship from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain and Italy. We cannot accept orders for delivery to other countries at the moment; checkout only offers the countries listed here.

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. It is the same however many items you order.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch orders from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Typical delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, peak seasons and local carrier delays can add time. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it, then reship or refund it if it is lost.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.
Import duties, taxes and customs
Your order is shipped from Hong Kong, so it is imported into your country. Hong Kong does not charge sales tax, and our prices do not include any import tax, customs duty or carrier handling fee charged by your country. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are payable by the recipient, usually to the carrier before or on delivery.
- EU (including Germany, Denmark, Sweden): import taxes apply to all goods, and since 1 July 2026 the EU also applies a flat customs duty to low-value parcels. Carriers may add a handling fee.
- United Kingdom: import tax and, depending on value, customs duty and carrier fees may apply.
- United States and Canada: duties, taxes or brokerage fees may apply depending on current rules for low-value imports.
If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we refund the item price once the parcel is returned to us; the original delivery charge and any return costs charged to us may be deducted unless you cancelled under a statutory right to cancel. Please check your country’s rules before ordering if you are unsure.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can change it until the order is dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take a photo and email us within a reasonable time so we can help.
Export and product restrictions
Our products are storage accessories and contain no liquids, batteries or restricted materials. We do not ship to countries outside the list above, to sanctioned destinations, or to freight forwarders where carrier rules do not allow it.
